Largs has five gated, soft surfaced, play parks for children, with picnic tables for accompanying adults, to use.

They are: Aubery Park, Play Park at the north end of the Promenade.

Mackerston Play Park and Skate Park on the south side of the Promenade, a short walk from the Pier.

Anderson Memorial Park, Play Park with enclosed Netball/Basketball court. Enter by either the main entrance on Irvine Road or May Street which is connected to the Promenade.

Scott Play Park, off New Street, with access from Waterside Street and Gateside Street.

Alexander Avenue Play Park, opposite primary schools and Largs Academy.
